Fewer Affordable Rental Units in Mecklenburg County

This according to a study by the Urban Institute using data from from the Census Bureau and the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). This is a decline from 2007, when there were 23 units available for every 100 extremely low-income (ELI) households.
